📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and warehouse management.
• Use SAP and Excel to track and analyze import data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate import activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Work with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor and report on import performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in import and logistics management.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of import strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import and logistics management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing import processes and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel, with the ability to use these tools to track and analyze import data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Valid customs broker license or equivalent certification is a plus.
