📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement a comprehensive culture strategy aligned with Accor's global standards
- Plan and execute cultural initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity
- Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive cultural transformation across Jakarta properties
- Create and manage cultural training programs for employees at all levels
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace environment that reflects Accor's values
- Measure the impact of cultural initiatives through surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational culture
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or organizational development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in developing and implementing culture strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders
- Certification in organizational development or HR management is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
- Understanding of Indonesian business culture and market dynamics
