As a Contract Fulfillment Specialist at HONOR, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with legal teams and stakeholders to ensure that all contracts are executed flawlessly. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as monitoring contract performance and identifying areas for improvement. With your expertise, you will help HONOR maintain strong relationships with our partners and clients, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth contract execution and fulfillment.
• Review and analyze contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure that all contracts are legally sound and compliant.
• Provide contractual support to stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, legal, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and legal requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using contract management software, such as Salesforce, Workday, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
