• Verify and reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage the collection of outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports for management review.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Utilize financial software such as SAP and QuickBooks to streamline financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
