Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance and support.,Oversee the development and maintenance of our mobile applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and products.,Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our development process.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Work closely with product managers and designers to ensure our mobile apps align with business goals and user needs.,Monitor and improve application performance, including speed, stability, and security.,Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on iOS and/or Android platforms.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring mobile development teams.,Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, or Java.,Experience with mobile app development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.,Familiarity with mobile app testing tools and methodologies.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
