📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.,Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top talent.,Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee relations.,Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure effective HR operations.,Provide HR consulting and advisory services to various departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR role.,Proven experience in managing HR functions in a multi-cultural or international environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
