📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the detailing of construction drawings and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and detailers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Develop and implement detailed project schedules and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials and resources are procured and delivered as required.
• Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring they remain within agreed-upon limits.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, including project progress, issues, and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction engineering, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using construction software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
