NEXA Pratama is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to start right away, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we get the best value for our money, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Conduct regular supplier audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
