📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and administer psychometric assessments to measure cognitive, personality, and aptitude traits.,Analyze and interpret assessment data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assessments align with organizational goals.,Stay updated with the latest developments in psychometrics and assessment methodologies.,Provide training and support to clients on the use and interpretation of assessment results.,Contribute to the creation of psychometric tools and materials for internal and external use.,Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices in psychometrics.,Participate in research projects to advance the field of psychometrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Psychometrics, or a related field.,Master's degree in Psychology, Psychometrics, or a related field is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychometric assessments.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.,Experience with test development and validation processes.,Knowledge of psychometric theories and principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
