In this role, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems, ensuring that all units are functioning optimally. You will work closely with our team of technicians to schedule and execute maintenance tasks, and you will be the primary point of contact for any issues related to the AC systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems across all facilities.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule and execute maintenance tasks.
• Monitor the performance of AC systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues related to AC systems.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure seamless operation of all building systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the efficiency and reliability of AC systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems.
• Proven track record in managing and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and related technologies.
• Certification in HVAC maintenance and repair (e.g., Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician, HVAC Service Technician).
• Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
