📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sale of real estate properties to potential buyers.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.,Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the office and sales materials.,Support marketing efforts by promoting properties and events.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of real estate market in Ubud.,Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
