📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize warehouse layouts using AutoCAD and BIM 360, ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct space utilization analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement warehouse design strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse design.
• Provide technical support and guidance to warehouse operations teams.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in warehouse design and logistics.
• Participate in project reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance design quality.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for warehouse design.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse design and logistics.
• Proven experience using AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in Warehouse Design (e.g., CWI, CWSS) is a plus.
