As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Manage inventory levels, including stocking, ordering, and restocking products.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (in-store and remote).,Ability to lift and carry products up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
