📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasts for the manufacturing department.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Train and mentor junior finance staff.
- Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
