📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff, including waitstaff, kitchen staff, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, promotions, and special menus.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Experience in managing and training staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food trends is a plus.
