📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the department in meetings with stakeholders and external partners.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Understanding of industry-specific regulations and best practices.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
