📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high-quality coffee and excellent customer service.
• Train and mentor new baristas, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked and ordered efficiently.
• Create and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting workspace for customers and staff.
• Monitor sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Promote our coffee shop's brand and values to customers and staff.
• Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve the coffee shop's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
