Express Smart Ekspansindo is a growing company in the logistics and transportation sector. We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software and hardware products. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software and hardware products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Ensure that technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and improvements.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content related to our products.,Provide technical support to customers and users by answering questions and resolving issues through written communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a related role.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.,Excellent written communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
