Royal Bloom Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the kitchen from anywhere while maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's vision and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients to optimize costs and quality.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to ensure food safety and efficiency.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall management of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and ensuring food quality.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively.
