In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing legal and compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with the management team to provide legal advice and support, and you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our legal and compliance documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and implement legal and compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice and support to the management team
- Maintain and update legal and compliance documentation
- Monitor and report on legal and compliance matters
- Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on legal and compliance issues
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legal and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance standards
