📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the counter.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Promote products and services to increase sales and revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.,Uphold company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with using point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
