📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are optimized,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
