📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients.,Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu planning.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate.
