📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and workflows,Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery,Ensure quality control throughout the production process,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials,Assist in training and mentoring new production staff,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any production issues,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment,Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies,Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
